I am currently using InMotion for almost 1 year and must say that they have a very responsive customer support service. Whenever I need help, I found their live chat support team online 24/7/365.
The waiting period for live chat is almost instant. However, in some cases, I have to wait less than a minute. Which is definitely not that bad. Trust me guys, their support team is very helpful and responsive. I have never experienced this type of support in the web hosting industry.
Free Website Migration
Earlier I was on Namecheap hosting and after going with Inmotion I need to transfer my website. Transferring a website is a hectic task and we need to care about all the files and database.
I got my website transferred free of cost. Thanks to team Inmotion. They transfer my whole website in less than 24 hours. All I need to change the nameservers and bingo! My website is live without any downtime.
